28. After my first spinning class

omg!!! I suck at spinning, I didn’t adjust my resistance enough at the start and nearly flung myself over the handlebars. finally got it right but dint stay up the whole counts standing, and I really wasn’t sure if I was crying or not but that was awful! I was impressed briefly that I stood up more than my aide, but then I remembered she’s over 30 years older than I am…I wanna cry more now
