Okay, adding Enchanted, Inc. to my TBR list! Also I LOVE Edward Bloor's books, but I haven't read nearly enough of them.

I read and loved Nobody's Princess (it's on my list as well!). It was a great feisty retelling of Helen of Troy. It reminded me (in spirit) of Tamora Pierce - one of my favorite writers.

And I, like you, will read absolutely any Shakespearean historical fiction/revamping. I really enjoyed King of Shadows (also on my list) and would love to hear of any of your other favorites!

"Vampires suck blood, Twilight sucks time." Love it!

The only one I've read from your list is Devilish, which I agree was a delicious little story. These lists are great...I'm getting so many ideas!
